Greater Franklin County Chamber of Commerce member, Tom Birch, president of Lakes Media, invites fellow Chamber members to join-in to a free 30-minute Zoom webinar presented by sales consulting firm, Advantage Systems. The fast-paced, informative webinar will be presented by Advantage Systems vice-president and COO Michael Pallini, author of the book “Courting the Customer”.
“Courting the Customer: The Relationship Between the Business and The Customer During Crisis” is a valuable resource to help local businesses during times of crisis, such as dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. Pallini applies the principles from his book in walking owners and decision-makers through the phases of crisis, and how to overcome the challenges in order to survive.
